Project Description

We developed a complete platform system for repair order management, automated billing and performance evaluation. The system digitalizes the entire process from order opening to final billing, including material control, technician management and advanced reporting.

The solution implements multi-tenant architecture with total data isolation between companies, plan-based subscriptions, and specific features for industrial maintenance companies, specialized workshops and technical service providers.

The system was structured in 5 sequential forms covering the entire workflow, from opening to final validation of repair orders.
